Login Problems?

To Login

    1. Go to https://www.microtech.com/login/
    2. Enter your Username and Password, then press “Log In”.
      NOTE: Your Username might be your email address, but it can also be something else.

If you have forgotten your password

    1. Make sure you are logged out (See below). If you are already logged in, this procedure will not work.
    2. Go to https://www.microtech.com/lostpassword/
    3. Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA code, then press “Get New Password”.
      Note: If you are having trouble reading the CAPTCHA code, you can press the small “Refresh Image” circle to the right of the CAPTCHA code until you see one that you can read.
    4. You will receive an email with a link to follow. Click on that link.
    5. You will now receive a second email with both your Username and New Password. Take note of your Username. A common mistake is to assume your Username is your email address when it is actually something else.
    6. You can now log in.
    7. If you would like to change your password from the computer generated password, follow the instructions below after logging in.

To change your password

    1. Go to https://www.microtech.com/profile/
    2. Enter your new password in the “Password” and “Confirm Password” boxes, then press Update.

If you have forgotten the email address that you used to register your Microtech account

    1. Email sales@microtech.com from your work email account.  Please include your full name, company name, and mobile phone number in the email so that we can verify who you are if necessary.
    2. You will receive a response as soon as someone can validate your request.

 

To log out

    1. Got to https://www.microtech.com/profile/
    2. Press the “Logout” link on the right, under “Sub Menu”
